Free Plan

Our Free plan lets you try Brandlaba at no cost, so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • 14-day satisfaction window: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment.
  • We may grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

How to Request

Email support@brandlaba.com from your account email with your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Taiwan Customers — Invoicing

For customers in Taiwan, a government uniform invoice (電子發票) will be issued in accordance with local law.
